Mini Sarong Wrap Skirt - Black

Short sarong wrap skirt in one of three black styles: Black mini sarong wrap skirt with white moon and stars; black mini skirt with purple and turquoise hibiscus; or black mini sarong wrap with turquoise and purple sun.   This is a mini skirt length wrap skirt with a fringed end along the bottom. When worn, the skirt length is about 17 inches and the skirt waist is 46 inches of material, which is meant to overlap.
