Premium Quality Sarongs Our Premium Sarongs are made by Balinese experienced in the art of batik. They are made of a heavier, higher thread count rayon and the colors are deeper and richer. Most of these Balinese sarongs are a triple process batik, as opposed to the more common single and double process batiks. Sarongs are not only the perfect beach wrap but have a variety of other uses at the beach or around the house. The batik pareos/sarongs we offer come to you from the tropical island of Bali. We travel there annually to pick out the best designs. Most of these beautiful designs are done by batik, applying wax to the fabric to resist the dye. The wax is then removed revealing the design. All of these batik pareos are made of 100% rayon. The size is approximately 66" x 46", not including the fringe. You can hand wash these Balinese sarongs or put them in the washing machine in cold water. Hang to dry. Wash separately the first wash or two.
