About Turtle Island Imports Sarongs:
Sarongs are worn in a variety of ways. Wrap as a skirt, top, headpiece, scarf or shawl. They are not only the perfect beach wrap but they make a great tablecloth, wall hanging or curtain. The sarongs (also known as Pareos) we bring you come from Bali. We travel there annually to pick out the finest ones to add to our selection. Most of these beautiful designs are done by batik, applying wax to the fabric to resist the dye. The wax is then removed revealing the design. All are made from fast drying, breathable rayon and our extra long sarongs measure approximately 82" x 46", not including the fringe. They wash easily by hand or machine. Hang to dry. Wash separately the first time or two.

I love this solid black Sarong, I am using this one mainly as a wrap around my shoulders, when I need it, over another sarong wrapped as a sarong dress. I love the extra length, they are great for just wrapping around and lounging in on these warm, stay at home, quarantined days. Received these quickly, even after a mixup with delivery to wrong address. Notified the company and they sent out another order. The original order arrived the next day, the replacement order arrived the day after, which I am returning to them. This company is really on top of their business and the product is beautiful.
